Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join The Website Makers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our skill development and training programs to schools, colleges, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients in the education and training sector.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social media.
Present and pitch Regain Learning's training programs to decision-makers.
Develop proposals and follow up to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0-6 months experience in sales, business development, or client relations (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
