Vijesha IT Services LLP is a rapidly growing EdTech-based IT services organization, providing training, staffing, and technology solutions. We are expanding our operations and looking for dynamic individuals to join our Business Development Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present relevant services or solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding and service delivery.
Meet monthly revenue and target-based KPIs.
Maintain sales reports and documentation using CRM tools.
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and convincing ability.
Basic understanding of IT/EdTech industry (preferred, not mandatory).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Self-driven, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
Education: Any graduation discipline.
Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply.
