Promotional Calls:

Informing customers about new products, services, promotions, or events.

Inbound Activities:

Customer Support: Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues.

Service Inquiries:

Responding to inquiries about services offered and providing detailed information.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales.

Skills Required:



Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and conveying information persuasively.

Sales Ability: Persuasive skills to promote and sell products or services.

Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and professional approach to handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to handle difficult situations and find solutions to customer issues.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with telecommunication systems and Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
