BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships. This role requires a person with a sales drive and excellent communication skills.
The person will sell the products as described here below:
o A new age digital self-learning platform
o Exclusively for B2B Sales professionals from the world leader in Sales Performance Improvement
o The platform is used across 55 different countries with head quarter in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for your product through desk research, Social Media networking, and cold outreach.
Study the competition products and be ready to position ourselves in a strong way.
Develop client relationships Meet them both face to face and virtually and identify and close business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals demonstrating the product.
Actively follow up for trials/closure.
Track and report sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback.
Qualifications and Skill Set Desired
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Science or Arts (MBA is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with people.
Ability to follow a process and work in a structured way
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Revenue month on month
Number of New Customers added month on month
Number of new leads/prospects generated monthly.
Number of qualified opportunities created.
Number of presentations done to the customer
Conversion rate from lead to client.
Freshers or upto 2 years experience in a similar role preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
