Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to join our growing sales and business development team in Bangalore.
As a BDA, you will play a key role in expanding Vikgol's client base by
identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and driving business opportunities
through outbound communication. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to build a career in sales, account management, and business strategy -- especially within the

Key Responsibilities
As part of the business development team, you will:
Identify and research potential clients
across industries that can benefit from Vikgol's technology staffing and project solutions.
Build and maintain lead databases
using professional tools such as
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Crunchbase
.
Conduct outbound outreach
via email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calling to generate interest and schedule meetings.
Qualify leads
by understanding client requirements, pain points, and business goals.
Coordinate and schedule meetings
between potential clients and senior sales leaders.
Assist in proposal preparation, pitch decks, and presentations
for client discussions.
Update and manage CRM records
(Zoho CRM / HubSpot) to ensure lead and pipeline accuracy.
Support ongoing sales initiatives
such as webinars, client outreach campaigns, and promotional activities.
Track market trends and competitor activities
, and share insights with the management team for strategic planning.
Contribute ideas
to improve outreach strategies and lead conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience:
0.6 - 2 years in
Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation
(experience in IT services or recruitment sales preferred).
Education:
Graduate degree in
Business, Marketing, or any discipline
.
Skills:
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
(both written and verbal).
Confidence in conducting
cold calls, client outreach, and follow-ups
.
Basic understanding of
IT services, recruitment processes, or staffing business models
.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
.
Ability to work in a
target-driven, fast-paced environment
.
Strong research skills with attention to detail.
Good to Have (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience in
IT services, consulting, or recruitment business development

Familiarity with
CRM platforms
