Role Overview:
The Business Development Associate (Academic Sales) is responsible for driving student enrollments, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for academic programs. This role involves counseling students and parents, promoting educational offerings, and converting leads into admissions through a consultative and sales-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively pitching the institution's value proposition.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy (lead status, follow-ups, closures).
Conduct presentations, seminars, and webinars to promote programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.
Provide feedback and market insights to the management for product/service improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support enrollment campaigns and activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in academic sales, counseling, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
