Key Responsibilities
oActively pitch and present Webtree's services to prospects via in-person meetings, video calls, emails, and proposals.
oPrepare and deliver customized sales pitches tailored to client pain points and needs.
oDevelop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads across various sectors.
oEngage in cold outreach, networking, and follow-ups to drive new business.
oCollaborate with technical teams to create compelling proposals, project scopes, and pricing.
oUnderstand client requirements and provide appropriate technology/digital solutions.
oNegotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
oMaintain relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
oFollow up diligently on all leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
oContribute to revenue forecasting and assist in setting realistic, data-driven sales targets.
oStay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
oBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
o1-3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT/Software industry.
oMust have experience working in a target-driven environment and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
oStrong understanding of digital products including web/mobile applications, ERP systems, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
oExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
oGoal-oriented with a passion for sales and client engagement.
oAbility to manage multiple projects and client accounts.
