Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and digital channels Identify client needs and present tailored solutions Convert leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and close sales Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs

Requirements

1+ years of prior experience in sales or business development

(inside sales preferred) - This is mandatory*

Strong communication skills

- Clear, confident, and persuasive

Multi-linguistic abilities

- Fluency in more than one language is a plus

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals

Flexible and adaptable

- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to grow fast Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus Hindi, Malayalam and Telegu candidates preferred
