Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting (60%)
Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises)
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Generate 15+ qualified leads per week
Sales Support & Pipeline Management (30%)
Schedule discovery calls for senior team members
Maintain CRM with accurate lead information
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
Follow up on leads until conversion
Market Intelligence (10%)
Track industry trends and competitor activities
Share feedback on client needs and opportunities
Participate in sales strategy discussions
Must-Have Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in sales/business development
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of IT services/tech hiring landscape
Comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-ups
Graduate degree (any stream)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in IT services or recruitment sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot)
Understanding of software development terms
Previous startup experience
Performance Metrics
Weekly: 15 qualified leads, 8 scheduled meetings
Monthly: 2-3 new client acquisitions supported
Quarterly: Revenue contribution targets aligned with team goals
