ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand how we campaigners or NGO partners can use Donatekart's platform and channel donations for their cause. Identify organizations that we can closely work with. Cultivate strong relationships with the new campaigners while maintaining existing relationships with campaigners in a thorough structured way. Create a sales pitch and other marketing materials as required. Build a pipeline of NGOs who can run campaigns on our platform. Profile Not for Profits who fit into our model and onboarding them on to our platform Assist NGOs/Charities running the campaign by providing content and design support for their social media promotion with the help of our marketing team. Research & Provide ideas to attract new campaigners and expand sales. Review and approve crowdfunding campaign requests on the platform. Source and provide updates on ongoing campaigns. Keep prospective NGOs database updated

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field. 1-2 years of experience in new business development, marketing, or B2B sales preferably. Experience of working with an NGO or volunteering in social welfare is an added advantage. Sound knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce/Zoho or similar platforms. Strong understanding of how social media works and unequaled ability to utilize such media in promoting the organization's work, impact created, and increase brand visibility Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
