Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential students via phone to explain and promote our courses
Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of interested prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain good relationships with students for referrals and future sales
Handle queries and objections confidently and positively

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales or telecalling experience is a plus
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Fluency in [English] Preferred Languages
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, etc.)
