- Business Development Executive (International Database Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to drive international database sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to generate and close leads with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for
database selling
in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing to clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in
B2B sales / lead generation / database sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets in international markets.
Strong understanding of sales cycles and client relationship management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience in selling
B2B databases, lead lists, or SaaS solutions
.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
