What You'll Do
Research and identify B2B prospects in the Indian market.
Drive outreach through cold calling, emailing, and CRM management (Zoho).
Engage senior stakeholders (IT Heads, procurement leaders, and CIOs) and set up high-value meetings.
Position Finch IT's solutions as tailored answers to client challenges.
Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and deliver measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
0-2 years' experience in B2B sales/lead generation (IT sector a plus).
Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Proficiency in CRM tools; eager to learn and adapt.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
Bachelor's in Business/Marketing/IT (preferred).
