Job Description

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential clients through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals. Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.

Client Relationship Management:

Understand client needs and provide suitable property solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Present and promote company properties to clients. Conduct site visits, explain property features, and highlight benefits. Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Market Research & Business Development:

Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Develop and execute strategies to tap into new markets and customer segments. Build partnerships with brokers, agents, and real estate consultants.

Marketing & Promotions:

Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and branding initiatives.

Documentation & Reporting:

Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, and payment plans. Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer feedback records.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales acumen with target-driven mindset. Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
