Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and social media. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
