Sales associates

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Sales associate at Toehold, your responsibilities will include:

Handle inbound inquiries from website, phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Qualify leads and understand customer needs and interests. Share relevant tour itineraries, workshops, and service information. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure timely conversions. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets. Communicate professionally via phone, email, and chat. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, operations, and tour leaders. Stay updated on all tours, pricing, and photography-related offerings. Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Interest in sales, customer interaction, and the travel industry. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative. Strong organizational and time management skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
