1. Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms.
2. Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, startups, builders, consultants, etc.). Present and pitch interior design and execution services to prospective clients.
3. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions.
4. Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
5. Follow up consistently and maintain relationships throughout the sales funnel - from lead generation to project closure.
6. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals.
7. Maintain records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the commercial interiors or real estate sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and local language (as applicable).
3. Must be presentable and dress professionally at all times - client-facing role.
