We're looking for an energetic and driven
Business Development Associate (BDA)
to be one of the first members of our UK sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy and grow with the company from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Proactively research, identify, and source leads through online platforms, local networks, business directories, and social media.
Sales Outreach:
Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings where appropriate.
Client Acquisition:
Pitch digital marketing services to UK-based businesses, understand their needs, and convert leads into paying customers.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Research:
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging needs in the digital marketing landscape.
Strategy Input:
Work closely with the founders and marketing team to provide feedback and help optimize service offerings and outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in digital marketing or IT services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a hunter mentality - comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with digital marketing terms and services (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.).
Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar is a plus.
Must be based in the UK or have strong familiarity with the UK business landscape.
