Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BDA to join our team. The successful candidate will be placed at elite locations such as malls, corporate offices, and high-end societies to interact with prospective donors. The primary responsibility will be to explain our organization's mission and work, and to raise resources such as funds and donations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Prospective Donors: Proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.
- Present Our Mission: Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.
- Raise Funds and Donations: Encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.
- Report and Record: Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.
- Promotional Materials: Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.
- Event Participation: Participate in fundraising events and activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Personality: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident with a professional demeanor.
- Motivation: Self-motivated with a passion for the organization's mission.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.
