we are hiring for multiple b2b sales roles at zawr industries in bengaluru (hybrid). this is a performance-based hiring model. to secure the job, candidates must bring in 10 or more clients in the first month. salary is linked directly to performance. the more clients you bring, the higher your pay - starting from ?25,000/month and going up to ?1.5 lakh/month plus commission.

open roles include:

business development executive - responsible for generating leads, cold calling, and scheduling client meetings. must bring 10+ paying clients to qualify for fixed pay. freshers and early-stage professionals welcome.

inside sales specialist - handle online product demos, follow up with leads, and close deals remotely. requires good communication, crm knowledge, and ability to close 10+ clients per month.

enterprise sales manager - target large b2b clients, handle long sales cycles, and close high-value deals. must have 3-5 years experience in enterprise sales or saas. high targets, high incentives.

all roles require strong sales and negotiation skills, good communication, ability to use crm tools, and a bachelor's degree. if you're target-driven and want your salary to grow with your performance, this is for you.
