Business Development Manager

who can fuel our growth by bringing in new clients, forming lasting partnerships, and building strategic business pipelines in the ever-evolving digital space.

Purpose of the Role



The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving LBX Studios' expansion by identifying new business avenues, acquiring clients, and fostering long-term partnerships. You will work closely with leadership to develop tailored pitches and close high-impact deals across various industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Research & Strategic Insights



Conduct in-depth research on digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging industry opportunities. Identify new target segments and map client needs to LBX Studios' service offerings.

2. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation



Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and online platforms. Manage the full sales cycle--from prospecting to proposal presentation and contract closure.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth



Own monthly and quarterly business targets and work aggressively to meet them. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals that align with company profitability and growth objectives.

4. Proposal & Pitch Development



Create customized pitch decks and compelling proposals for prospective clients based on their business needs and challenges. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align pitches with our service capabilities.

5. Stakeholder Management



Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure project delivery expectations are aligned.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration



Work closely with marketing, design, and operations to craft offerings that are innovative and competitive. Give feedback to internal teams based on market insights to improve offerings and client servicing.

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking



Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the senior management. Analyze sales metrics and campaign results to identify patterns, challenges, and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For



1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in a digital marketing, media, or creative agency). Strong networking and communication skills with a flair for persuasive storytelling. A client-first, solutions-driven mindset. Ability to understand digital marketing concepts like SEO, paid campaigns, content marketing, etc. Self-starter with a hunger to grow in a fast-paced creative environment. Professional fluency in English; Kannada/Hindi will be a plus.
