Role Overview

:

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-oriented business development associate with expertise in freight forwarding. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, addressing customer inquiries, and providing tailored logistics solutions to ensure seamless cargo movement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international shipping procedures, pricing strategies, and market trends to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

:

u Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

u Meet and exceed target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.

u Conduct and report minimum number of sales leads set by the management and transform a minimum of those into revenue generating business.

u Maintain records of customer details

u Regularly visit existing accounts validating our service level

u Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.

Who We're Looking For:

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

? 5 years in logistics industry (freight forwarding, customs clearance, etc.).

? Strong problem-solving & communication skills.

Salary will be best in industry.
