Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Ability to develop and implement growth strategies effectively.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
xf0x9fx94xb9 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
