We Are Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Remote (1-2 weeks onsite Delhi NCR/Tri-city)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive experienced in IT staffing and offshore team models. The role includes generating leads, managing outbound outreach, closing opportunities from platforms like Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr, and handling the end-to-end sales cycle across domestic and international markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients via LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, calls, referrals, and freelance platforms.
Generate, nurture, and close opportunities from Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
Run targeted outbound campaigns and maintain a pipeline of 30-50 active prospects.
Qualify leads by understanding requirements--tech stack, budget, timelines, and decision-makers.
Conduct discovery calls and position suitable staffing/offshore models.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage the full sales cycle.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for smooth fulfilment.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Provide weekly updates on pipeline progress, conversions, and competitor insights.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT staffing, resource augmentation, or IT services sales.
Strong understanding of contract staffing, T&M, and offshore team models.
Experience in outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, calls)

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
