The Business Development Associate Intern at Dreamfoot will support the business growth team by identifying new prospects, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in building strong client relationships across industries. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world sales processes within the creative video production and digital media industry.
Role & Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools based on target audience profiles.
Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn and email under guidance.
Assist with cold calling to schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
2. Client Engagement & Meetings
Support meetings with inbound leads and assist in presenting Dreamfoot's services.
Research clients and prepare notes before meetings.
Ensure professional and timely email communication with clients.
3. Proposals, Follow-Ups & Documentation
Assist in creating customized business proposals as per client requirements.
Follow up with prospects via phone/email after proposals or company profile sharing.
Document client requirements using prescribed company templates.
4. Reporting & Coordination
Assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and client communication.
Preferred Intern Profile
Education
: MBA in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing an MBA are also encouraged to apply.
