Timing:9.45am to 6.15pm (Sunday Week off)

Female
candidates only.
Age:
26-42
years (or as per company requirement).
Strong communication skills
English must
Experience in
Customer Support / Sales / Telecalling / Sales Coordination
preferred.
Ability to handle
international calls
confidently.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Pleasant personality, confident, and target-oriented
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls (India & Abroad)
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Identify new business opportunities and potential leads
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics
Suggest new ideas to improve business and customer reach
Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports
