Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day operational activities and internal processes
Update and manage data in spreadsheets, CRM, or internal systems
Coordinate with vendors, support teams, and internal departments
Process orders, service requests, and follow-ups
Handle basic customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Maintain accurate records and reports
Support the team in improving workflow efficiency
Perform quality checks to ensure process accuracy
Assist in documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Prior internship or operations experience
Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems
