Key Responsibilities
Work on already generated sales leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms
Contact potential customers to present company products/services
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support)
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the manager
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable with remote tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM, email)
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email)
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B sales
Experience working in a remote or work-from-home setup
Familiarity with CRM software
Knowledge of digital products or services
