About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Development Associate (BDA) Intern
to join our sales team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and sales processes. The role is ideal for someone who wants to understand the complete sales cycle, from identifying leads to nurturing them and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
Generate, qualify, and maintain leads in the CRM system.
Assist the sales team with follow-ups, client communication, and outreach strategies.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on lead generation and business development activities.
Support the team in creating sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with business development efforts.
Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical and research abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Interest in business development, sales, or marketing.
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
