Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Associate
with at least
1 year of experience
to drive business growth at Jangras Corporation. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, onboarding merchants and partners, pitching fintech solutions, and building long-term client relationships. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are passionate about fintech and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, field sales, and professional networking
Onboard merchants, partners, and corporate clients for Jangras Corporation's fintech and technology offerings
Pitch and demonstrate fintech solutions including payment systems, APIs, platforms, and digital financial products
Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Understand client business needs and propose suitable solutions
Coordinate with product, technology, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, agreements, and other business documentation
Maintain and update leads, pipelines, and conversions using CRM tools
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
Stay updated on fintech trends, competitor products, market developments, and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
Experience in
Fintech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, SaaS, or API-based products
is preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical and fintech concepts in a simple, business-friendly manner
Familiarity with merchant acquisition, B2B sales, or channel sales models
Basic understanding of UPI, digital payments, APIs, or financial services is a plus
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with fintech startups, payment aggregators, or financial institutions
Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
Exposure to enterprise or corporate client handling
