Role description
:
This is a
performance-led sales role
for professionals who are comfortable owning revenue outcomes. You will manage the sales cycle end-to-end, work closely with leadership, and grow through consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue outcomes across the sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure
Lead conversion-focused sales conversations across inbound and outbound channels
Build urgency through value-based selling, objection handling, and confident negotiation
Maintain rigorous follow-up discipline and pipeline visibility to maximise conversions
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through consistent execution
Partner with leadership to sharpen pitches, refine strategy, and improve conversion metrics
Own conversion outcomes across inbound calling, follow-ups, and face-to-face customer engagements.
