Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients, resellers, and partners through online platforms, directories, and networking.
Generate leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital tools.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior business development team.
2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building
Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer relevant Vplak products or solutions.
Assist in onboarding new clients or partners and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
3. Business Growth Support
Work with the business development and marketing teams to implement strategies for sales and brand growth.
Support the execution of promotional campaigns, tie-ups, and collaborations.
Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
4. Market Research & Reporting
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce sector.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress reports in CRM tools.
Share regular updates and insights with the business development manager.
Key Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years in business development, inside sales, or e-commerce (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus.
