Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design and real estate space.
Pitch services to prospective clients through in-person meetings, calls, and digital communication.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to align client expectations.
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular business development reports.
Contribute to marketing activities like campaign follow-ups, social media engagement, and lead nurturing.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Prior experience or internship in sales, client servicing, or business development in interiors, architecture, or real estate is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and fluent in English and Hindi.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).
Energetic, go-getter attitude and a passion for sales.
