We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in handling
outbound sales calls

client relationship management
, and
customer handling
within the
eCommerce or dropshipping industry
.
Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to qualified leads provided by the company
Explain products and service offerings tailored to the customer's business
Convert leads
into successful closures and build long-term client relationships
Understand customer needs, guide them through onboarding, and provide post-sale support
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM systems with call logs and status
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and ensure smooth execution
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in relationship management, telesales, or client servicing
Prior experience in the
eCommerce, dropshipping, or online selling domain
is
mandatory
Strong communication skills in
Hindi and English
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and online platforms
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling clients independently
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
