Role Overview:

The

Business Development Associate

will be responsible for assisting in identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients for our digital agency. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in business development and sales within the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients and markets. Support in reaching out to prospects through calls, emails, and social media. Assist in creating presentations and proposals for potential clients. Shadow senior team members in client meetings and learn the pitching process. Maintain and update client databases in CRM software. Coordinate with internal teams to support business development efforts. Contribute to achieving team sales targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 year of experience. Strong interest in sales, business development, or client servicing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus. Highly motivated and eager to learn.
