Role: Business Development Executive
As a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
, you will be the growth driver for IncorpX, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and connect with potential clients such as startups, MSMEs, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
Sales Pitching
- Present our services confidently in Hindi & English and close deals.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term client partnerships.
Collaboration
- Work with operations and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
Revenue Growth
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Who We're Looking For
Experience
- Freshers with strong communication & sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
Language Skills
- Fluent in Hindi (spoken) and comfortable in English.
Sales Mindset
- Persuasive, self-driven, and results-focused.
Relationship Builder
- Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary
- ?20,000/month (?2,40,000 CTC/year) + performance-based incentives (no cap).
