What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach and impact, connecting with students, parents, and institutions to grow KALINGAEURO's presence.

Lead Generation

: Identify and engage prospective students and families interested in international education through outreach campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

Relationship Building

: Foster strong connections with schools, educational institutions, and community organizations to create partnerships and referral networks.

Market Research

: Stay updated on global education trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities to inform strategic growth.

Client Engagement

: Respond to inquiries from students and parents about our services, delivering clear, compelling, and professional communication.

Event Coordination

: Collaborate with the team to organize workshops, webinars, and education fairs to showcase KALINGAEURO's expertise.

Social Media & Content

: Contribute to creating engaging content, including videos and presentations, to promote our services on social media and other platforms.

Data Management

: Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with counselors and senior management to align business development efforts with our mission and goals.
What You Bring

Strong English communication skills -- both spoken and written. A passion for education and a drive to help others succeed. Confidence in creating or presenting video content and promotional materials for social media and outreach. A proactive, curious, and empathetic approach to building relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A results-driven mindset with a knack for networking and sales. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
