Role Overview

: As a

Business Development Associate

, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients to drive our agency's growth. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media. Research industry trends and client needs to generate new business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and secure business deals. Tailor proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet agency targets. Track and report performance metrics such as lead generation and conversion rates. Represent the agency at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing or advertising sector. Proven ability to hit sales targets and expand client bases. Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
