Job Summary: As a Career Development Officer , you will be responsible for engaging with working professionals/ leads to help them upskill and advance their careers. Your primary role involves reaching out to a minimum of 180-200 professionals/ potential leads from our CRM database, understanding their career aspirations, and counseling them on the online degree programs that best suit their needs. This is an end-to-end sales role that requires a mix of cold calling, relationship building, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
? Regular follow-up on old and new leads, attend events and seminars, and organise workshops and information sessions for potential clients.
? Ensure high conversion rate of all leads- telephonic, forwarded and referrals to successfully achieve the performance goals.
? Responsible for complete sales funnel management & ensuring updating of enquiries, solving the student queries, follow-up with students, and enrolments/ handling registrations.
? Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
? Reach out to potential candidates through data calling and follow-ups.
? Identify the need for upskilling based on their industry and interests.
? Build and maintain a pipeline of high-intent prospects. Counseling & Sales:
? Guide working professionals about various UG & PG programs available.
? Conduct one-on-one phone/video counseling sessions or in-person meetings.
? Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their career goals.
? Provide detailed information on course selection, program requirements, and admission policies.
? Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively explaining program benefits.
