Identify and connect with potential clients to introduce Samay Classic products and convert inquiries into long-term business opportunities.
Manage Customer Inquiries:
Efficiently handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and messages. Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance regarding products, prices, orders, and deliveries.
Client Visits & Relationship Building:
Regularly visit customer premises, retailers, and corporate clients to present products, understand requirements, build strong business relationships, and close sales deals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies for different markets (corporate, retail, institutional). Collaborate with the sales manager to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Market Intelligence:
Gather market and competitor insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends to support marketing and product development.
Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of visits, follow-ups, sales leads, and customer feedback. Share weekly progress and reporting with management.
