Role Overview
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other strategic outreach.
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customer needs.
Develop and present proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Track and report key performance metrics on business development efforts.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
