You will work on real customer enquiries and opportunities in the homecare and auto care segments and take them from first conversation to closed order. If you enjoy follow-ups, persuasion, problem-solving, and the discipline it takes to close deals that don't happen overnight, this role will challenge and grow you. You will learn how professional B2B sales actuallywork--handling objections, coordinating internally, and staying accountable until revenue is booked. Key Responsibility (Primary)
Sales Closure & Revenue Generation? Own the complete B2B sales cycle--from enquiry to order confirmation and payment realization. ? Convert inbound and outbound leads into closed, revenue-generating orders. ? Manage longer sales cycles through consistent follow-ups, coordination, and negotiation. ? Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Supporting Responsibilities - ? Qualify and manage leads from platforms such as Indiamart, referrals, exhibitions, and directoutreach. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enable repeat and expanded business. ? Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution andremove barriers to sales closure. ? Track customer outstandings and support timely payment closures to enable ongoing business. ? Maintain basic sales records, pipeline updates, and follow-up status for reporting and forecasting. Candidate Profile? Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Chemistry / Science (preferred). ? 1-3 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing (FMCG, chemicals, auto care, or home care preferred). ? Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
