Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction projects
Generate leads through architects, consultants, brokers, and direct client interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners
Present company capabilities, project proposals, and value-added solutions to clients
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and negotiations
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth
Attend site visits, client meetings, and networking events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
4-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction/real estate industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project lifecycles
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional approach
Preferred Experience:
Experience in luxury residential or high-end construction projects
Familiarity with automated and smart home systems is an added advantage
