Job Summary
As a
Business Development Associate
, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Startup Times' services and offerings. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Pitch Startup Times' services, platforms, and value proposition to potential clients and partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with startups, MSMEs, and business stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and new growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and content teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry functions when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
Good understanding of sales, business development, or client acquisition.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales, business development, media, or startup ecosystem (preferred).
Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and CRM tools is a plus.
