Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to help grow our business by identifying opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales targets. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and contributing to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Understand client needs and present suitable products/services as solutions. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM systems with accurate data. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer behavior. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
