Designation : Business Development Associate (BDA)

As a Business Development Associate , you'll be a key part of our growth strategy--identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue. Whether you're a fresher or have up to 6 months of experience, this role offers ample opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What You'll Do

Research and connect with prospective students, parents, and professionals across multiple channels (social, events, referrals).
Conduct empathetic, consultative conversations to understand individual needs.
Recommend customized learning solutions in alignment with client goals.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
Track progress, maintain CRM entries, and manage follow-ups efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine customer experience.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
0-6 months experience in sales, business development, or related roles. Freshers are welcome!
Ability to understand unique customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working from our Greater Noida office (online/hybrid available under certain terms).
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory for strong candidates.
