Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and target-driven

Business Development Executive

to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal coordination, and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking Generate qualified leads and follow up on inquiries and referrals Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct market research and competitor analysis Support upselling and cross-selling of services Negotiate terms and close deals professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales (IT / digital services preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Ability to work independently and meet targets Strong understanding of client needs and solution-based selling

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)



Experience in digital marketing, web development, or IT services sales Knowledge of proposal writing and basic commercial terms Familiarity with international clients (UK, US, Australia) Lead generation via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of qualified leads generated Conversion rate from lead to client Monthly revenue achieved Client retention and repeat business Sales pipeline value
