Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting the company's products/services to achieve sales growth. This role involves lead generation, market research, meetings, negotiations, and maintaining strong follow-ups to close deals.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals. Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to find new business opportunities. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations



Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to explain products/services. Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demos.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth



Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiation drafts. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

4. Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients. Handle client queries, grievances, and escalate when required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
