Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, floor staff, and category teams
Ensure proper visibility, display space and product placement across outlets
Negotiate for additional branding spaces, product placement and promotional activities
Support new product launches through store tie-ups
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Ensure achievement of monthly sales, revenue and visibility targets
Drive product assortment and improve availability across shelves
Monitor stock levels, order cycles and reduce stock-outs
3. Activation & Visibility
Plan and execute store-level promotions, sampling activities and marketing programs
Coordinate merchandising deployment--banners, danglers, shelf strips, gondolas, display racks
Track ROI of promotions and shelf space allocation
4. Data Reporting & Market Intelligence
Share weekly/monthly MIS on sales performance, coverage and growth
Analyze store-level competition pricing, schemes, and display strategies
Track consumer buying pattern and provide insights
5. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Field Merchandising teams
Coordinate with distributors and logistics partners
Ensure smooth supply and replenishment in stores
