Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities with CPA firms and accounting practices in the US and Canada.
Develop and execute effective sales outreach strategies (LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions for outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, and tax services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of client projects.
Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
Participate in online networking events, webinars, and accounting communities to promote the company's services.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in accounting outsourcing, financial services, or related industries.
Familiarity with US & Canadian accounting and tax practices is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with CPA firms, accounting practices, or BPO/KPO setups.
Understanding of outsourced accounting processes, bookkeeping systems (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.), and tax workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
